Mr. Richard Tetreault, B. Comm. – President/Sales Lead
Mr. Tetreault couples his daily executive duties and direct sales involvement with a hands-on management style. In his leadership of Tradewave, Richard places strong emphasis on making himself available to his clients and his staff. Richard has a passion for troubleshooting, mentoring, assisting his team, and contacting clients daily, as required.

Mr. Stephen Senter, BMath – Chief Architect 
Mr Senter directs the building and implementation of the world-class products and solutions that Tradewave offers. Charged with maintaining the portfolio of products and cutting edge services, Stephen recognizes that each enterprises workplace is unique and works hard to make certain that the services Tradewave delivers meet exacting standards of performance and are optimized to meet the individual needs of the unique workplace. Stephen shares the Tradewave ethic of investing time and resources to give our clients added value through new technologies.

Ms. Wendy Sopel, BA – Chief Financial & Personnel Officer 
Ms. Sopel oversees the financial direction for our investors. Wendy also maintains a hold on all controller-ship and treasury duties. To her co-workers, Wendy is known as the glue that holds the Tradewave team together. Wendy plans the economic strategy for the company, and provides management of resources. Wendy ensures everyone on the Tradewave team has the right mix of individual strengths and skills.

Ms. Carly Dierolf, BA – Client Support Manager
Ms. Dierolf oversees all aspects of the customer experience for Tradewave. From initial setup to one-on-one consultations and demonstrations, Carly goes above and beyond for our customers. Hers is typically be the first voice you hear, and the last as she strives to offer personalized customer service throughout our clients experience.

Ms. Jen McCloskey – Office & Client Liaison Manager
Ms. McCloskey is a natural leader. Jen has developed strong inter-personal skills throughout her career, and works to ensure our clients and team members alike understand and work toward common goals. If you need process development, Jen is able to coordinate many moving pieces together for above and beyond results without sacrificing team needs. During off hours, Jen is a tireless fundraiser for several children’s causes. She can always be found in the executive ranks leading the efforts to the betterment of the children.

Mr. Josh Dierolf, Bsc – New Technology Services Lead 
Mr. Dierolf is behind Tradewave's constant push towards making the EDI experience fit into modern lifestyle solutions for business. Through building flexible, complex access routes, Josh works to premiere systems that ensure data integrity and security in a real-time world. Josh has a handle on delivering the unique and specialized apps for our clients, while building the backend analytics.
